The main tile making machine maintance guide

Date: 2025-02-11 15:28:59

The following is a concise guide to daily maintance and solutions for terrazzo tile machine, which will help you quickly find and solve common problems:

1. Principles of safe operation

1. Power-off operation: Be sure to cut off the power supply before troubleshooting and confirm that the equipment has completely stopped.

2. Wear protective clothing: Wear gloves and goggles, and avoid contact with high temperatures or moving parts.

3. Fault record: record fault phenomenon, code and handling process to facilitate subsequent maintenance.

2. Common faults and solutions

1. The motor cannot start

Possible causes:

- Power phase missing or voltage unstable

- Overload protection triggered

- Control line contact is poor

Processing steps:

1. Check the power supply voltage (±5% rated voltage).

2. Reset the overload protector (restart after cooling for 5 minutes).

3. Tighten the motor terminals and clean the dust.

2. The conveyor belt deviates or slips

Possible causes:

- Roller bearing wear

- The conveyor belt is unevenly tight

- Foreign matter stuck

Processing steps:

1. Adjust the tension bolts until the conveyor belt is centered (press down ≤ 5mm).

2. Check the parallelism of the roller (error ≤ 1mm/m) and replace the worn bearings.

3. Clear away gravel and debris from under the conveyor belt.

3. Poor tile forming (cracks, burrs)

Possible causes:

- Mold residue accumulation

- Insufficient hydraulic pressure

- The vibration time is too long or too short

Processing steps:

1. Stop the machine, clean the mold, and check the positioning pin clearance (>0.5mm needs to be replaced).

2. Calibrate the hydraulic pressure to 18-22MPa (observe the pressure gauge).

3. Adjust the vibration time to 15-20 seconds/time (fine-tune according to the density of the tile).

4. Insufficient hydraulic system pressure or oil leakage

Possible causes:

- Sealing ring aging

- Hydraulic oil is insufficient or contaminated

- The filter is clogged

Processing steps:

1. Replace the oil cylinder seal (check the high-pressure oil pipe interface first).

2. Refill or replace ISO VG46 hydraulic oil to the center line of the oil gauge.

3. Clean or replace the filter element (regular maintenance every 3 months).

5. Control panel alarm (such as E01, E05)

Possible causes:

- Sensor failure

- Inverter overload

- PLC program error

Processing steps:

1. Locate the fault according to the code manual (e.g. E01 means temperature sensor abnormality).

2. Restart the PLC controller (press and hold the RESET button for 3 seconds).

3. If the alarm continues, check the circuit or contact the manufacturer for technical support.

3. Daily preventive measures

1. Daily inspection:

- Clean the mold residue and lubricate the guide rail (use No. 3 lithium grease).

- Check the belt tightness and chain wear.

2. Weekly maintenance:

- Test the hydraulic system pressure valve stability.

- Clean the dust in the electric control cabinet and check the cooling fan.

3. Long-term downtime:

- Drain the hydraulic oil and seal the lines, covering the dust cover.

IV. Emergency treatment suggestions

- Abnormal noise from the equipment: Stop the machine immediately and check whether the bearings, gears or transmission parts are damaged.

- Sudden shutdown: Check whether the power supply, overload protection and emergency stop buttons are accidentally touched.

- Oil pipe burst: Turn off the hydraulic pump, clean the oil and replace the pressure-resistant oil pipe.
