Installation and commissioning
1. Installation requirements
Select a flat and solid ground as the installation basis. The ground bearing capacity should meet the equipment weight and vibration requirements during operation.
The installation site should have sufficient space to facilitate the installation, operation and maintenance of the equipment, and the safe distance between the equipment and surrounding facilities should be considered.
According to the power requirements of the equipment, configure appropriate power cords and power switches, and ensure good grounding to ensure the safe operation of the equipment.
2. Installation steps
Lift the main body of the equipment to the installation location, use a level to adjust the level of the equipment, and ensure that the equipment is installed smoothly.
Connect the hydraulic pipelines, electrical lines, etc. of the equipment, and make correct connections according to the wiring diagram and pipeline connection diagram in the equipment manual to ensure that the connection is firm and leak-free.
Install the mold, accurately install the mold on the workbench of the press, and adjust the position and gap of the mold so that it cooperates well with the pressing mechanism of the equipment.
3. Debugging process
Connect the power supply, start the equipment, and conduct no-load test run to check the operating status of the equipment, including whether the motor runs normally, whether the hydraulic system leaks, and whether the movements of each component are flexible.
