Palletizers in concrete block machines

  As a high-tech product integrating machinery, electricity and hydraulics, the concrete block palletizer plays a crucial role in the field of concrete block production. It can precisely stack blocks according to a specific grouping method and number of layers, thereby obtaining a tightly and neatly stacked shape, greatly facilitating subsequent transportation work.
  What is concrete block palletizer?
  The concrete block palletizer is a commonly used equipment in the concrete block production line. Due to its economic and practical nature, it is adopted by many manufacturers in Europe and at home. Usually, it has one or two pairs of clamps. When the block is in the position to be clamped, the clamp will descend as a whole, perform the clamping action (pre-clamping, releasing, and then re-clamping), then rise, move horizontally to the palletizing position, descend, release the clamp and place the block on the palletizing position. After that, it will rise again and move horizontally to wait above the clamping position. Thus, a palletizing cycle is completed. In this process, there is usually a rotation process to cross-stack the blocks and further improve the stability of palletizing.
  The palletizer is mainly composed of gantry support, rotating assembly, traversing trolley, lifting assembly, chuck assembly, finished product conveyor and plate-lowering pitch machine. Among them, lifting, traversing and rotating are all driven by motors and controlled by frequency conversion. The chuck assembly is composed of four claws. The two pairs of claws are mechanically synchronized and clamped and released by two servo electric cylinders. The traversing stroke of the palletizer is 2400mm, the lifting stroke is 1335mm, the stroke of the servo electric cylinder is 500mm, the rated thrust is 15kN, the rated speed is 166mm/s, and the repeated positioning accuracy is as high as 0.02mm. Such a design makes the equipment run more smoothly and the palletizing efficiency is higher.

Manual palletizing has the possibility of human errors, such as uneven stacking and inappropriate stacking height. These problems will affect the subsequent production process. The concrete block palletizer can precisely control parameters such as stacking height and neatness, reducing the possibility of human errors.

  The concrete block palletizer can ensure the neat stacking of concrete blocks, avoid misalignment and damage between bricks, and improve product quality. When the palletizer stacks goods, it is very neat with very small deviation. Effectively avoid collapse caused by irregular goods, causing damage to goods and even personal harm. At the same time, some palletizers also add dust removal devices, making the finished products stacked by blocks cleaner and more frictional, preventing the piled concrete blocks from slipping and falling off.
