The JS-600 tile press, independently researched and designed by ourselves, is a new-style terrazzo tiles making machine,. JS-600 has the features of high automation, large pressure and multifunction. It is convenient to change moulds according to customer’s demand(such as 300*300mm,400*400mm,500*500mm,600*600mm,500*250mm,600*300mm and so on).
This production line is composite of bucket elevator, mixer, doser, tile press, moulds and polishing machine. Here, just introducing the tile press, mould and doser. Please refer to the IMAGE.1

3.1 TILE PRESS
The frame of the tile press is 4-column type or dragon gate type. Its main parts: piston type cylinder, cylinders for tile press lifting up and down, cylinders for mould frame lifting up and down, work stable and swing cylinder, etc. It can produce tiles automatically together with hydraulic system (including various valves), pneumatic system and PLC electrical system.
